Just found this online, and I found it rather interesting, the list caters for almost every drama concerning the dress! You never know, and god forbid, if something happens on the day, you may remember this list!

There are some things there that I wouldn't do!!! Baby wipes for one.
Learn the proper way to put on your wedding dress. Have a friend help you put it on. The dress should go over your head. Put your arms through the dress like you are ready to dive into a swimming pool. The dress will easily slide down over your face and you won't transfer makeup. Practice with your dress helper before the wedding so you have it figured out before you have on your wedding day makeup. If your dress doesn't "cooperate", you can buy makeup face masks that will keep your makeup fresh and off your dress.
Poppy c**k lol. Place your gown on the floor and step into it. Lean forward to allow your bust to fall into the bodice and then zip/fasten. Other than that, I'll come and dress you lol. I mean, do you really want to chuck your big puffy dress over your lovely hair do complete with veil?0 -

When you've spent the morning pressing dresses, wiping mascara from flowergirls dresses and lacing up bridesmaids. Then to have a bride stand before you with the most perfect make up, hair and full length veil, the last thing you wanna do is get them to put their frock over their head. The look of panic!!Littlemadam83 wrote: »LOL - ok fair do's! AND I thought EVERYTHING I read on the internet was true
If you have a petticoat (I make mine in) you put this on AFTER you step into your gown. At this point, you need to get right under the skirt to pull the petti into place. Me? I don't care about my hair, but whoever has this job will worry about theirs. Just as a bride throwing her dress over her head will worry about hers.
It's like setting the perfect stage production!!0 -
Great tips and yep, I'm gonna worry about them all now lol
Agree with Linda though, my dress will be put on by stepping into it, don't want to mess my hair or make up or get make up on it!!Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0 -
