On the 8th Sept I transfered £600 from my Halifax on line account to a 3rd party Nat West account giveing the relevant details. After 6 days I noticed that the amount had not been transfered and on checking the details I found that that sort code entered was 1 digit wrong. The Halifax say that as it is my error they cannot help and the Nat West say they wont talk to me and the Halifax will have to do a "fund recall".After speaking again to the Halifax (I was on hold for 38mins) the best they can offer is a headed letter explaining the situation and for me to take it down to my local Nat West branch.Surely I cant be the first person in internet banking history to be in this situation and I would very much appreciate any advice on how I can recover my £600
Cheers Jon
