Help with begging letter...
I have been asked by my loan company (London Mortgage Company) to send them a letter to ask for reduced payments. However, I simply don't know what to write and what information I would need to supply them with. I was made redundant in April and have had just a few days of contract work since then, so basically my income is JSA (£240ish) each month. I have, however, been making all my repayments using my redundancy payout, although that pot has run dry now. The repayments to this secured loan are £381.90 p/m, so it is pretty obvious that I cannot afford to even repay this let alone any other bills and generally living!! They have been hugely unhelpful when I have asked them for help. I took out PPI with the broker who got me the loan (loans.co.uk) but when I tried to make a claim on this they told me that it only ran for 3 years (on a 10 year loan which I took out 5 years ago!). I have begun the process of trying to claim back the £3500 that they charged me for this, which so far has been unsuccessful. So basically, I am asking for any help, advice, template letters etc., as I am completely at my wits ends with these people. I am currently in arrears by one month.

You can tell a lot about a woman by her hands..........for instance, if they are placed around your throat, she's probably slightly upset.0
