Bit nervous ???

We have had a mortgage with Bradford & Bingley for 11 years, continuously renewing for 3 year fixed terms. We came out of the last fixed term earlier this year and didn't rush into anything new as the variable rate was less. Our situation has now changed in that I am p/t and my husband is self-employed with only self-cert accounts.
The mortgage rate is creeping up very slowly and we are getting very nervous at how much they could go up - the Woolwich would have given us a new re-mortgage if the valuation had been as we told them and not as the online valuation tool described.
I know you can't predict the future but you will have a better idea of 'probability' than what I have !!!
Thanking you in desperate anticipation !
