Fixed rate Offset

Does anyone think that a 5 year fixed rate @ 5.7% APR is a good deal? Sounds good and want to go for it but would appreciatte thoughts from others before i do!

Thank you to all. Your advice has been valuable and educational. For the record i have actually stayed with my existing lender. 5 years fixed rate which overall i feel happy with. I am sure interest rates will be all over the place during the next 5 years - government change etc. Many Thanks.:beer:
