i took out a mortgage 2 years ago on a property that was 100% ltv
it was a tracker mortgage with the RBS fixed for 2 years
it has now ran out and i am on the SVR
I have discussed deals with the RBS but the best the offer is fixed rate for 2 years and payments will go up to £560ish
the payments are currently £470ish on SVR
house value is £90k
mortgage is £ 82,250
any help on what i should do or where i may be able to get a better deal
thanks
