I tried to use this code to buy an electrical appliance at Boots.com under the Boots Other Shops - at the checkout the code was refused.

Are there some T&Cs for this code?

Boots customer services seem to known nothing at all about it and refused to honour it despite my wanting to spend over £400 with them.

Needless to say I shall not be.

i think these are only valid within the boots.com not the subsidary sites like bootskitchenappliances or bootsentertainment, which is perhaps why you had problems using it. this code is from the customer magazine called Health and Beauty but not sure if still on shelf as new one due out third week of month, if so doublecheck what it says in there, hth.
