Off Work With stress but now a re-org is happening ?
Of course she is in the same boat as everyone else! It's not her company's fault that she is going through a lengthy separation and divorce, and why on earth should her working colleagues be any more at risk than her. And, with all due respect, she is obviously not too stressed about the situation if she already has you as a new partner.
My partner is off work at the moment after goig through a lengthy seperation and divorce. She is under review from her work's OC Health and the doctors. She has had a call from an office worker informing her of restructures at work possibly leading to redundancy - HOW TACTFUL ??
Does she have any rights or is she in the same boat as the rest of the staff ?
Be the same boat.Unfortunately her time off will work against her although they cannot select people entirely on these grounds.Acas or a union can help with redundancy advice
