mortgage application - unsuitable property

Hi guys.
Could you please provide me with info as to what would be deemed an unsuitable property by Nationwide?
Im applying for a sharedownership mortgage with Nationwide in a 11 storey new built building.
I have gone through a broker and we have checked all the criteria, which seems to be fine.
thanks in advance!

it's obviously not 'fine' with the Nwide - broker got it wrong.
some lenders accept ,4 storeys, or no more than 7, etc. Shared ownership also complicates things.
get broker to check who will, accept0 -
Nationwide lending criteria states:
Flats over Four Storeys
For flats in this category, we will telephone the relevant Countrywide Surveyors office for confirmation that the flat is likely to be acceptable before sending formal valuation instructions. The valuer must confirm in his report the points mentioned above.
What constitutes it being acceptable or not?0 -
