Am trying to keep busy to stop me from munching and ruining my loss so far...Not sure what to make for dinner, do i do sausage casserole or sausage and mash?

ETA: Am watching Dr Who, "Turn Left" . I really don't like the bit where they take the foreign family away to a scary place

Mmmm saussage casserole sounds good. I make sausage and mash too often and get bored of it!

  • Good morning beautiful people

    How are we all today?

I woke up this morning and thought it was Friday, was well dissapointed when I realised :) Never mind at least I was only one day out.

I know this is cheeky, but does anyone know anyone that might want to buy a ticket to see Spandau Ballet at Birmingham on Saturday night? My friend and I had 3 tickets but the lady that was also coming has taken ill so I said I would see if I could sell her ticket for her.

Isn't there meant to be a postal strike today? I just got mail! Proper deliverable mail!

Yes there is - however I think today it's mainly the guys who pick up our mail and sort it at the sorting offices that are on strike and tomorrow it's those who deliver our mail!

Also managers are having to deliver mail, but I think that's only special delivery letters/parcels.

All this talk of custard creams, sausage and mash etc is making me hungry.

I just got mail too! I think it takes a few days for it all to snarl up.

    Hi Elfen

I believe there is, but I don't think that the actually delivery men have gone on strike yet, I think it's just the sorting room so I'm guessing that deliveries will dwindle out very soon
