Letter to MP

Hiya all :beer:

Just a few wee questions I am hoping someone can help me out with!

I have posted up a few times previously about my case with the csa thats now with criminal compliance and has been for past 3-4 years! Althogether with csa with 6 years in January!

I have been advised a few times to write to my MP to see if he can help me out a bit more as I seem to be getting nowhere with my case worker!

I am in middle of writing a letter out and just wondering if there is anything I should include or not include etc?

I wont post up the whole letter but the points I have put in it are-

> Case is with criminal compliance etc
> Have submitted evidence to case worker regarding NRP working when he denys to them he has an income. This is in the form of social networking sites etc where he has posted statements/pictures that proves he does have a business
> Proof he owns a car worth about 10k, drives it everyday, name on the private plate but claims the car is his mums. He has also registered it in his mums name
> Photos from his meny holidays abroad, if you dont work I dont see how you can afford to go on holidays
> Proof he plays a professional sport, of which gets paid but denys all this to csa also
> Twice csa have been round to my house to get me to sign a statement with all the evidence for it going to court. Last time they were round was about a year ago, still no sign of a court date!

Basically Iv had enough of it all, I just want something done now. My son doesnt live in poverty nor does he ever go without, the money I earn I live within our means with it and dont go overboard. I now have another partner and we have a beautiful baby together and he treats my oldest as his own. The money part from my ex isnt what concerns me, its the fact he is being so sneaky about it all in the hope he gets away without paying anything ever towards his son. I dont want him getting away with it any longer!!!

Any help with my letter would be greatly appreciated :cool:

Go to the ICE and your MP plus write a letter of complaint to the CSA, they have a complaints form on there website. I did this and within days i got a phonecall from the ICE and a letter from the CSA, the case is now being handled very quickly and i am recieving updates on a daily basis, whether they secure payments is neither here nor there but at least they finally seem to be doing something.

I complained to the csa previously through citizens advice so my case is now with criminal compliance so I dont think it can go any further can it They are doing things yeah, but just taking their time as he keeps telling lie upon lie to csa. Been told numerous times it will go to court but it never does. After advice on here previously I thought it was best to now go to my MP.

The ICE is the independant case examiner, they have been really helpful and actually do get the ball rolling. I know how you feel, ive been fighting for years to get some child support for my 2 boys, so long my son has left school now and never recieved a penny. The CSA gave me all the rubbish too about criminal compliance etc etc and my ex told lie upon lie regarding working and where he lived. The ICE along with my MP have caught up with him, not before i payed out for a PI to track him down though, an address the CSA already had !!! however hes been caught out and has to pay up, so dont give up

Im not giving up! I want what is due to me! I know where he stays, so does my case worker. She has been round to his house numerous times!
I will go look into the ICE later on thank u
