HELP Please if a bankruptcy order has been made does that mean i am now bankrupt

I had a call from the official receiver yesterday asking me if i had any equity in my house, my car and my bank account.

I have a wopping £120.00 in my bank account and no money in my purse, i have had no notification from the court or HMCE notifying me that i am now bankrupt so can i draw this money out of my account for gas and shopping etc or it is now the property of the official receiver?

Any advise would be appreciated

I would confirm with OR the likely hood would be yes if needed for living expenses . But i would get permission first so you youdont end up in trouble and shows you are willing to help
