Beneficial interest reverting back to homeowner

Good morning,
I note from my wife's bank account that the RTLU have cashed the cheque for £211 which we sent to cover the legal fees for buying the OR's beneficial interest in our house.
Months ago, I received something from the Land Registry noting the OR's interest in the house. Do I now get something similar noting it's all gone back to my wife, or do I have to arrange that myself?
Finally, my wife wants to know if the house is all hers, and can she kick me out?

She will have to wait untill the land registry is informed of the change and she has been informed.
Just because she has bought the BI does not change the ownership on the deeds etc. Yoou are still a legal owner and can't be chucked out. If you hadn't bought the BI , it would not make the OR responsible for the mortgage. All the BI is is the equity in the property and who is to have it if the house is sold for a profit.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -
My wife has, this morning, put the house on the market.0

She cannot sell it without your consent, she only owns 100% of the equity, not the house.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0

You've not met my wife.
I haven't worn my wedding ring for a couple of years now...not since she broke my fingers by trapping them in the car window as she tried to close it. She says it was an accident...
I am only kidding about the house btw - the only thing she owns is the telly on a Saturday night.0
