be careful about what you bid for on swapits. I bid 4000 swapits for a £20 cd-wow voucher and when it arrived it was invalid. Swapits won't return my swapits.

Once i bidded for a gameboy game ( finding nemo ) and they got away with just sending the box! it cost 3000! i cant remember the username tho!

Why don't you phone swapitshop or email?

Go to your swap sessions, swaps completed, then set the date back to like 2002, and you can see every transaction you have made.

Find the one it was, get their username and also the transaction number.

Email swapitshop and explain at info@swapitshop.com or ring them at 020 7471 2699

they have an address where you can send items back, if u enclose an explanation they then give you your swapits back, i had to do this once and it works.
