i placed an order with additions direct recently and returned it because it arrived 3 days late and yet they still ask me to pay p&p.

I've had problems like this with companies, and them still wanting to charge p and p. I simply email with the complaint, and state why I shouldnt have to pay the p and p charges. If there's still no joy, I flood them with emails are calls and by the time you realise it, they cant be bothered dealing with it and just reverse the charge. Be persistent!0
