Fixed Rate coming to an end

My fixed rate is coming to an end.

I phoned up HSBC expecting them to offer me a new product, and then show my chooses on here for your thoughts but it wasn't to be.

I bought my flat for 97k, fixed for 3 years on an Interest Only but overpaid so owe 93'500k.

Apparently my flat is now worth 77K  according to them and so I have to go on the variable rate.

Not really a problem as I can now pay an extra £200 overpayment, but it certainly is a little scary not being able to get anything.

Will be trying to pay off as much as I can now - quite excited at the prospect of being able to overpay as much as I can! :j
