How to clear PAID CCJ's and defaults from my credit file?

Hello all,
Can someone please tell me if there is any way I can pay a fee to clear settled/ paid CCj's or defaults on my file?
These were paid two years ago and are still affecting my credit score!
I have been told by a few people that there is a website where you can pay £1.00 to come off the blacklist... which apparantly covers all CCJ's and defaults?
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks.
