Hi OP, Ive just this morning set up my DMP with payplan and have found all the girls there on the phone to be fantastic, not judgemental in the slightest and couldnt have helped me more. And its a free service. I got their number from the back of one of my credit card statements, they go through everything with you and deal with your creditors for you.

What concerns me is that I don't think your SOA is real. On the first one with the mistake you said you spent £350 on food but when someone said that was a bit high you reduced it to £200 which makes you £37 short. You need to be realistic about what you are spending. Have you been through the bank statement and checked how much you are spending on food and fuel or have you guessed?

I think you also need to do a spending diary and jot down every penny you spend so you can see where its all going. Unless you work to real figures you are never going to get any where.
