Daughters bank accounts?

We will be going bankrupt soon with the help of our wonderful CAB advisor, she told me to start taking the money out of our bank account in preperation for it being 'seized', i was wondering if my 22 year old daughters bank accounts would also be 'seized' as although she doesnt live with us her bank accounts are still registered to our address and her statements etc come here, can they 'seize' hers too?

If they are not in your name then they are safe. It is the person not the address that is BR.

Her account is safe, my daughter was 25 with her own bank account living in the same house as me when i went BR, her account was not touched or even mentioned, it was me that was BR and not her, she is safe.
