However, Dan. The issue remains that I am still awaiting documentary evidence to confirm your assertion that I have called you a nob in the winter of 2008.

Until this has been supplied you must face the fact that you may struggle to be taken seriously, both on this forum, and on the wider internet at large.

I am sorry to use such blunt language but I don't know how else to phrase it.

    Hi ruggedtoat.

RE: Your statement from the said thread, below:
Considering you were sitting on the fence until June 09 I find your anecdote rather unlikely in any case.

I will dig out evidance that I said prices will bottom Spring 2009.

You probarly didn't call me a nob, but TBF I was was getting daily insults from many bearish members who thought it was impossable for prices to rise during 2009.

Hi, im sorry, im giving my 2 houses in Birmingham as prizes as i need to sell them due to this credit crunch but in this market i'm not getting the full value, so after seeing america doing house competitions and the seeing the success of the devon £1million property, i thought i'd also give the house competition a go! You could enter and if you win, sell both houses and use the money you would make to buy a house anywhere you wish! Its a chance, have a go, you never know, it could be you who wins..... (£7.50 per house!)

    that's a real shame - i don't like Birmingham.

the best thing you can do is PM as many posters on this forum especially from this thread asking them if they would like to win your houses.
be very careful to explain the rules to Graham_Devon and mewbie as they're not the brightest and struggle with the simplest concepts.

otherwise speak to nearlynew who will tell you that inflation is theft.

    good luck with the competition!!

I hope you realise that if this rampant hpi keeps up your houses could be worth £9.26 by Christmas.

You may be selling too soon.
