Are there any threads about using up veg boxes?

Hi everyone,
Just wondering if there are any threads about using up veg box ideas if that makes sense? I tired searching but couldnt find any.
We used to get an Abel and Cole box but yesterday went for a riverford one, it comes in Friday - have realised I've no idea what to do with some of the bits, especially red kabacha squash!

No idea about previous threads, but kabocha squash can be used in the same recipes as butternut squash or pumpkin. It's a bit stronger and nuttier in flavour.

Thank you - I was thinking it was along those lines but couldnt find what the difference was ... am going to try and make sure I have no wastage from the boxes like I used to have from A&C.

As trish has said, use kabocha squash as you would other squashes. There are lots of recipes on these threads:
