Car Finance provided by Welcome Finance

Guys i'm completly new to this so please be patient and gentle with me.
In December 2007 i bought a car on finance with a company called 'Agreed Car Credit' based in Milton Keynes, the finance was provided by Welcome Finance.
I bought a BMW 320d for £8,000...i do not have exact figures of what is owed as i am posting this on the spur of the moment from work.
The car came with a standard 30 day warranty and no further warranty was offered to me (maybe i should have asked!) there were a few issues with the card within the first 14 days (cracked windscreen, faulty radio) when i spoke to the manager at AGC he simply shrugged me off at every oppurtunity claiming my issues were not covered.
Long story cut short so i can get some feedback from this forum,
AGC went bust (surprise surprise), the BMW has now packed up and the engine damage is beyond economical repair, Welcome Finance have advised that they are not concerned with the situation with the car and will hold me to the balance of the agreement regardless which is in excess of £11,000.
I have a car that is worth nothing more than scrap and £11,000 worth of finance owing on it.....Is there anything i can do ?

You have had the car almost two years so it will be difficult to demonstrate the failure of the car is anyones else's problem but your own.
The busted radio is pretty irrelevant, same for the cracked windscreen, was it there when you bought the car? if so, surely you would have noticed.
If the windscreen simply cracked on it;s own, it could be a sign the car did not have enough chassis rigidity, which could be a sign of previous accident damage.
All this after owning the car for 2yrs though, will be a mighty big hill to climb to prove anything.0
