Help with Lowell's Financial

I was called by Lowell Group this morning re my outstanding debt, I informed him that I would be communication with them by post or email only. He said we could sort it out over the phone as all calls were recorded, BUT he called me on a mobile, how's that work then. I shall be calling the mobile after office hours to see what happens. It is an old trick to call on a private mobile just to confirm the you are who they think (and hope) you are. If it is his private mobile, won't he gat a shaock.0

Thanks for the replys.
The thing is though, I can understand that the default stays on my record but the balance is still showing as £877. They have now said that I owe them nothing so shouldn't they reduce the balance to £0??
Should I send the letter I received to someone at Credit Expert so they can update it?0 -
