Meat weight help needed

Hello all

I wondered if anyone could advise me on the following. I am just preparing my Christmas meat list to order from our local Butchers but i usually buy from the Supermarket and go by size of the joint rather then weight :o

I need the following for the Christmas and New year period and we all like good size portions too! ;) :

Turkey crown for 4 adults 3 children plus some leftover for buffet type tea :

Beef joint, Pork Joint for 3 adults 3 children:

And also a gammon joint to go with a couple of buffet type teas (4 adults):

Thank you for any advise on weight would be appreciated. :T

Your best bet is to tell the Butcher what you just wrote. He/she should be able to figure the portions out for ya no problem.
