Good afternoon all. I went to my local Asda Essentials store yesterday. It is the first time i have been as it only opened very recently. Outside there was a large board saying that they accept Tesco coupons. Do they mean the points coupons/ vouchers, ie spend £1.00 on dairy products get 40 points etc.
I would have asked but the staff was very thin on the ground, and what staff there were, were busy.
If you have a store near you it's worth a look. It's very basic with no frills but i did find my shopping bill was cheap.
Thanks in advance

Our ASDA don't accept any other supermarket vouchers but will accept any other vouchers for money off - no need to buy the item.abbecer wrote:Do they mean the points coupons/ vouchers, ie spend £1.00 on dairy products get 40 points etc.
ASDA don't have a points system so these vouchers I would certainly count out.0 -
Thanks for your response Firespire. I already do redeem coupons without buying the item. The sign definitely said Tesco vouchers/ coupons. I've been wondering if they mean the one's that you can cash in for 4x the value, ie days out. I'll find out for certain when i next go and then let you all know.0

I have the opposite voucher problem!!!
I received a £10 off if you spend £30 in Adsa through the post.
I phoned Tesco and asked if they would take this. They said yes!!!! As long as i spend the £30 they will take the voucher.
Hope this helps.0
