So here it is in all its glory!!
It is a lot worse than it has been as I haven't included my wages, which were £720 take home, but as I won't be able to get my job from next month due to the car issues I haven't included them, and even with them the eagle eyed amongst you will have noticed that we would still be short by £200 every month. We have been using the cards to mop up the shortfall but can't anymore as they are all maxed to the limit.
The car maintenance figure is high as it has cost us so far this year a £1000 and would be another £500 next month if we could afford it. And I have put it as worth £2000 but I doubt it would be that as it won't have an MOT from next month.
Anyway, what do you think?

Hi I am not all that sure about these, but I do not think they allow for satellite or cable. I have been allowed 30/nth for holiday and I think 25/month for medical and I am in my own so you could maybe up these figures slightly if this for two of you? Am also not sure if a budget for presents is usually allowed.0

Oh, thing is with ours it's a package and we get telephone, internet and satellite all in one payment so I split it out.0

Right, I would suggest you don't pay the HP on the car and buy a run around.

This is the sort of figures the OR will be looking at. Are you both going BR?
How far away is work? Your petrol is low. Don't pay the HP on the car and get a run around. As it is on HP anyway the HP co. will most likely want it back.
Any arrears with utilities will be included in the BR.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -
The water includes arrears, only just started paying it back.
child related expenses, that is for both of them for school dinners.
The car thing is complicated - we put £50 as that would be it for this month, from the month after we will be walking as the car will be off the road, £100 is what it would be for maintenance, but I guess I should take it off as we won't have the car anyway?
Gas and electric is about average for a 3 bed detached bungalow with 4 people in I thought? I do tend to keep the heating on as the house is damp and I am trying to stop that.
Presents, I put in as I thought we should! I'll do the holidays instead, as we won't be going on holiday so that will cover that and the satellite and internet!
Also things like clothing and groceries I was trying to be good, and not over estimate,
This has been really useful, thanks!0 -
Put the water down as it would be with out the arrears.
As I said if you stop paying the HP and save the money you should be able to get yourself a little runaround.
Put the payment for phone, internet and satelite under phone as one payment.
Add £5 per week per child for activities
Gas and Electric should be fine, the OR may feel the are a tadge high but he may not and you have bills to prove usage so leave as they are.
Are you both going BR?BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -
Sorry yes we are both going BR, as the debts are between us, and it seems that would be best.
I will be getting a little run around at some point, do I have to pay insurance on the other car if it is off the road?
thanks mommyme for your comments also, that is the beauty of a place like this, you don't feel alone.0 -
There is a webpage with the info on what you CAN claim for - I seem to think its on the nationaldebt website?
Tells you the maximum you are allowed and what you can claim for.
your never alone
Me x0 -
This might help as a GUIDE only...(not to be copied word for word otherwise the OR's will question everything...its happened in the past!)

I do believe though the insolvency service have been messing with the figures again so its subject to change..We all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0
