  • The discount code wasnt working for me either so i rang the 0800 number at the top of the page and they said to order then they will refund the discount, they give you a call referance number for you to quote when confirmation of order is recived! Hope this makes sense!

OMG This is so frustrating - 20% with bag just gave me 50p too.

So switched to Plan B - 15% code. It was accepted cause I had three green ticks (1 for reduced item, 1 for free delivery and 1 for 15% off). But when I got to the checkout it wasn't applied and instead of letting you review the whole order it just took the flipping £30 from my bank account straight away.

Have written a ranty e-mail cause careline shut and will let you all know how it goes.

Having looked where you said at the three ticks when you place the goods in basket and add the code - I think I have discovered the problem, next to the ticks it states make up collection reduced to £40 rather than £30 so there appears to be a definate error on their website

I wonder why the site isn't working properly now, when I put my order through last night it was absolutely fine with no issues (except for knocking of 20% rather than 15%, no bad thing though!), hope it gets sorted out soon, so everyone can take advantage of the offer!
  • Still reducing to £40 at checkout not £30

Just worked fine for me. I added it to my basket and it showed £30, i used a code for £5 that i've been using for ages. It showed 3 green ticks: free del over £15, Makeup set reduced to £40, love your body card (although you don't get the love your body 10% with the £5 off code).

Although it said reduced to £40 it showed correct as £30 at the checkout and it defo only charged me £25 cause I paid by RBS C/C and i have to fill in a seperate password and amount to be charged was £25.

Used quidco too soo another 15% off = £21.25! :T

Been umming and awing over this deal for weeks now but decided just to get it when trying to get the website to work.

    Sorry for rambling! lol
