Sorry all!
Do you have to sign the forms beforehand or wait until you go to court and do it the same time you swear on oath?
And do you need to manually enter the court name after the forms are printed off from online petition?

There used to be a street named after Chuck Norris, but it was changed because nobody crosses Chuck Norris and lives.

Wait to sign until you get to Court and if the name doesn't automatically enter on the foms then just write it on (I think they do just appear on there though)

Yea SF, it's all there. Half way through printing the second set of forms my printer decides it cannot recognise the damn ink cartridge so will print no more!

don't worry dp - if you are really stuck I'm sure the court clerk will be able to photocopy them for you.
