How do i get a seeded crust on HM bread?

my white bread dough is at the rising stage,I would like to add a seeded crust, but dont know how to:o...HM bread is new to me,but im trying to experiment,I have a pack of Omega mix(sunflower/pumpkin/sesame/linseed/and hemp seeds..I tried before by simply adding the seeds to the top of the loaf before baking..looked good, but they all fell off the baked loaf:rolleyes:
...when should i sprinkle them on,and how do i make them stick?...Oh and is this seed mix OK?,its not a baking mix,I think its a Snacking mix,Thankyou.

Try brushing with olive oil or butter on top and then add the seeds :D

or, just before you put the loaf into the tin, sprinkle your seed mix onto your baking board, work surface, whatever, and roll the dough through it, pressing it down a little so that it picks up the seeds all the way round. I find that works for me. HTH
