hi Ive lost a court summons was ordered to pay in full have no money so cant
paid £35 court fees to say I can afford £5 a month filled in income and exp form
now Ive got to go to court in November again to discuss payment
so what will they ask me ?
I cant prove my income as times are hard and Ive hardly done any work
anyone enlighten me what to expect

I assume you are self employed then?
Update your accounts and take that and your bank statements (to show the accounts are genuine and reflective).
I would also take proof of your basic outgoings as well; just in case. Copy or mortgage payments or rent agreement. Utility bills (gas/electric/council tax/water) and Tesco receipts.0
