Thread veins in my calves

Hi everyone, done a search but can't find exactly what I'm looking for...
I have red veins at the top of my calves, below and behind the knee, I feel very self concious about them as they are very noticeable and I never wear shorts or a skirt because of them. Does anyone know if I can get them sorted on the NHS or failing that have any other ideas? If i have to spend out to get it fixed I will as you only get one life, but to be honest I can't afford to that easily.

1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.0
