SOA quickie please

Hi all, omg I have forgotten to put something on my SOA!

I remember now why I left it out, I was going to ask someone but it slipped my mind.....

I have an amount outstanding on my service charge (left property now, it was leasehold)

Does it need to go in the secured or unsecured section?

I think I remember somewhere in the lease that non-payment can lead to pressing for eviction, but since it's not secured on the property I guess that would make it unsecured?

If the above makes no sense I'm sorry. I just need to get this over with now.
There used to be a street named after Chuck Norris, but it was changed because nobody crosses Chuck Norris and lives.
