getting funds for BR

I have a barclays account with the reserve on it so can have emergency £150.....the thing is my dad is seriously ill in hosp and i have spent what i had left for week for fuel for going to see him and now dont have any money for fuel.......if i use some of my br fee money i have been saving if i couldnt replace it in time would i be able to use some of this reserve money?

Hi Cloverfan

If you were to use some of that £150 then this account would have to be included in your bankruptcy and you will need to change bank (try Coop). So long as this is used for your bankruptcy fee the OR will not look badly at you ising this money

thanks mazzatee, otherwise i am going to have to postpone my court date and i would really like to get it over and done with.....
