Now I know I always preach to others about selling all items you no longer need. Well.......I've got some books, autobiographys to be precise, that I don't NEED but would like to keep.
For example I've got a copy of David Beckhams and Michael Owens, both signed, in hardback and unread. Had a look on ebay and Owen's is going for £50!
Now Iknow if I sold all mine I might get £200 odd but to be honest they are something I would like to keep. I'm no book worm by and stretch of the imagination but they are something I could see myself collecting in future debt free years.
So what do I do? Keep them or sell them?

Keep hold of themPersonally. I would keep them.
A short rush of cash like this will soon be spent and it will be a drop in the ocean. These books will go on to become more valuable.£2 Coins Savings Club 2012 is £4.............................NCFC member No: 00005.........

Well..... they do say that happiness is wanting what you have not having what you want....and seeing as you're prepared to make sacrifices in other areas of your life then I don't feel that keeping something that makes you happy is a bad thing.
I mean..... you could make yourself money by selling all your furniture and sitting on an upturned box but that wouldn't make you happy.
I think.... sell the stuff you no longer need and the stuff you no longer want before you sell things that you like.Just run, run and keep on running!0 -
