  • WHSMITH had some book type gadgets, things that hold the book open at bottom and lights that clip on the top.

    Bookmark?
Note book where she can write reviews of books she likes
Cushion or slippers to cuddly up with
Nice basket where she could keep few books she has on the go in neat and tidy?
  • Thank you, will go and have a look in WHSmiths, love the idea about the bookmark and she does need new slipper!!!

You can get great quality books in charity shops and you also get so much more for your money. My mum regularly takes my nan a bag load of romantic fiction to my nans.

How about a fleecy blanket to help keep your nan warm while she reads, Tesco has some cream and red ones in at the moment and they are only £2 each.

Some biccies or chocolates to nibble while she reads?
