Looking for a cheap short sleeved red shirt

Im looking for a short sleeved red shirt as part of my fancy dress costume for a 21st birthday party.
The shirt needs to be a medium or 15.5/16" collar and needs to be made out of cotton or a material I can paint onto easily. It can't be silk and it needs to be a vibrant red.
Im only looking to spend £5-£10 on this as I won't wear it again.
Does anyone know where I can get one from or has seen any for sale? I've tried eBay but I dont seem to be having much luck
