1st time buyer???

Hiya - hope one of you clever people can answer this question for me. What I would like to know is - husband has had a mortgage in the past (1992) but I never have had one. Would i still qualify for any first time buyer offers even if hubby has had a mortgage before?? thank you

If you were applying alone, then you would qualify.

If you are applying jointly, then he should declare his previous home ownership.

What benefits / perks do you think being classified as a first time buyer gives?
