Selling endowment policy - who buys ?

Is there a list of companies anywhere that buy endowments ?

Just had a quote from Robin Lloyd - they've increased on the endowment surrender value by £600 odd, but not impressed with their service - there computer has lost details etc ..

By comparison an online quote with AAP told me that it was worth potentially upto £5,500 - if true (have asked them for a definate quote) then that's £2000 more .....

Also - do these firms (like Robin Lloyd) take commission for finding a buyer etc ...

Their fee is usually included in the price they quote to you.

Thanks - went to that URL - as I'm not a Financial Advisor I got re-directed to this one .. where upon entering my policy details I was told that it does not meet their current criteria.
