hi there try and find out when you last made a payment . if it is more than six years then the debt is statued barred. i am getting the same letters from roxbroughe mine is from 2004 ,because i live in scotland its 5 years and i am just about to send them the letter stating the debt is statued barred. my advice is if it isnt 6 years then just delay them until it is as long as you do not aknowlege the debt your home and try after 6 years is up0

I had a debt collection letter ages ago from a debt I knew I definitely did NOT owe and I sent the following letter
Fredrickson International Limited
Dear Sir, I do not believe I owe any debts to GUS and until you provide proof of your claim you will continue to receive the same response.
I have contacted GUS, Experian and Equifax, all of whom have no knowledge of this debt.
You will incur a £30 administration fee for each communication other than providing the requested proof.
Regards,
I didn't hear from them ever again:rotfl:Noli nothis permittere te terere

Received yet another letter for Lowell this time they are demanding £624.71. I have written to Lowell and explained that i have not been with 3 mobile for over 5/6yrs, i have never lived at the address where they are accusing me of living and i do not have any memory of ever having the phone that they are saying i signed for. Also they keep miss spelling my name wrong every time on the letters, i have pointed this out to 3mobile but they have told me that that does not matter as i still have to pay the bill.
I have yet another letter back from Lowell saying, it’s not a fraud and i have two weeks to pay before i hear from them again.
This is not the first letter i have received; i seem to get 1 every year around Christmas time. I have been paying them off for years now and they tell me each time i will not hear from them again but low and behold there is always a letter in the post.
Can anyone please help?0
