Gluten free lunch ideas?!

Hope someone can help me! My hubby was told he is gluten intolerant last week(not sure if I believe them!?) as he has very bad psoriasis and has tried every treatment under the sun., so he is going to give this diet a go.
I can manage to think of dinners to give him but am stuck for lunches. He often has to eat on the go in the car, but does have a microwave in work if he's there.
Any ideas?Cheers!:beer:

Morrisons have just started selling gluten free rolls which are, according to my mum who is coeliac, lovely and soft and she is now able to have bacon rolls, packed lunches, etc again.0
