claiming back bank charges

Sorry people me and my really stupid questions, but I am currently over "2550 overdrawn in the bank and i have an arrangement with them that it goes down very month by £150 each month.

I still get charge for a direct debit that there isn't quite enough money for (I am trying to sort this bit out not enough money in account) even thou the bank knows I am in trouble.

Could I claim to get some of these charges back? I don't know where I stand in this
