Hi all,
I have a very poor credit rating, i currently have an agreement with Payplan as i was struggling to pay my debt. I have a mortage for £160,000 and pay about £900 per month, tied in until 2010. The mortgage was a rubbish deal but i was desperate at the time and would of signed up for anything. Anyway, i would like to move the mortgage as soon as i can but obviously i am a massive risk, can anyone out there offer me any sort of advise. Once out of these deals will my payments start to fluctuate or will they stay at the said amount?
Any support would be greatly appreciated.

Is there any equity in the property?

The payments will (usually) revert to the standard variable rate (SVR) as detailed on your mortgage offer letter and KFI.
The rate now/when your rate ends will be different (probably lower) than what it was on the offer (due to the base rate falling).0 -
Thanks for your help. I dont have any equity in my house unfortunatly. My husbandand I earn about 20k each so not the best wages in the world. I am trying so hard to get out of this pickle sp appreciate all help offered thanks again0
