I got an email saying :
Order Status: Order Completed
Order Comments: Hi Thank you for your order, it was despatched on Tuesday 20th. Unfortunately due to the postal strike some of our orders are taking longer than the usual 24-28hrs. We are very sorry about this, but it is entirely out of our hands. Where possible we have made alternative arrangements via a courier at a considerable cost to us. We won't be passing this onto our customers though."
