Hi,
Can anyone give me any advice as to which are the best rates out there at the moment with a 10% deposit.I'm looking at either a fixed,tracker or vairable for a few years?

Hi,
I assume you are a FTB.
With 10% deposit there are very few lenders and hence fewer option.
HSBC will do 10% and they have discounted SVR of 3.89 for 2 years for a fee of around £1300 (i guess).
Their tracker rate is 4.04% above BOE
Fixed rate of 5.99 for 2 years
Best is to talk to Mortgage advisor who does Whole of the market....0 -
We just got our mortgage with RBS. Got a rate of 5.94% and no product fee, it's fixed for 5 years though.
We went with an Independant FA initially but he couldn't get us this rate, we went to the RBS and spoke to them ourselves.0 -
