    Yep any charges like this you can claim back. Other people - on this forum as well - have been successful in reclaiming charges.

    That snowball calculator is fantastic, one thing it has shown me is that it isant nearly as bad as I feared.

    Anyway I get paid Friday so in June I will be writing down every penny I spend so I know exactly, rather that my guestimate, my other challenge is to cut our food bill in half. Alot of other things to sort or look into as well.
