Can anyone help..i have tiny wee red spots all over my neck and spreading onto face slightly. what can i do ?

do you feel well? do they go away if you put a glass over them ? have you been coughing /vomiting today yesterday? are they itchy?any other symptoms?
If they do not go away when you put a glass over them or pressure on the skin either side you should see a doctor very soon. When did they appear?0 -
