Has anybody got these biscuits ? Where do you buy them? Has anybody got a recipe for a HM version of them? Mixed berry with cranberries, or ginger, or fruit and oats. TY ! Low or no sugar.:D

The only place I have ever seen them is Costco - They sell a big box of the little packets of two. The are lovely but I have only bought them once because I couldn't stop eating them! Twinks hobnobs are a good substitute for the oat ones and you could add dried cranberries, ginger, lemon rind, chocolate chips and stuff to that basic mix. I make the hobnobs with Splenda brown sweetner, which is not sugar free but has half the calories and tastes lovley.Jane

I buy them in Tesco. They also have the oatbakes there too. Yum :j0

You will need to use something like Spenda as a substitute for sugar.0

Do you replace all of the sugar with Splenda? I've seen the brown version in shops but thought it might have an odd taste?:j New Year, New You = 1.5lb/12lb:j0 -
Replace all the sugar with Splenda or Candarel (or similar) - check the jar as some you use half the amount of artificial sweetner.0

I bought the ginger ones in Sainsbury's in Hamilton. A workmate has seen them in Asda too. HTH0 -
I love these biscuits.. bit moorish though at times. I get mine at Sainsbury's but have also seen them in the Co'op. The cheese ones are gorgeous but this week I bought a packet of fine milled ones.0

With the white Splenda you need to use the same VOLUME not weight - so I just weigh the sugar and then put it in a measuring jug and then use that volume of Splenda. With the brown splenda (which IMO is much nicer) you need to use half the weight of sugar.Jane

The ginger ones are lovely. They are like a real proper biscuit but somehow don't seem as unhealthy. My blood sugar goes a bit wobbly if I go for long periods without a snack and these are quite low GI, I think, as they are made from oats, so they keep my energy levels up. Have never tried to bake anything similar though.2025's challenges: 1) To fill our 10 Savings Pots to their healthiest level ever
