Looking for a new house phone.

Hi, my house phone has broken and someone has kindly lent me their old one however the battery doesn't last very long at all so im looking to buy one, does anyone know any good deals or where I could pick a decent one up fairly cheap.

Also I would like the phone to be cordless.

Amazon, Tesco had some great prices in about a month or so ago, but for some reason, the promotion (which looked like a 50% off sale) ended and they all went up to full price again! Sainsburys have some offers, but they aren't that great and I get the feeling the quality isn't all that.

Amazon also have the bonus of their ratings system and reports written by consumers.
