Voluntary termination of a PCP

Does anyone know if a HP company can enforce an excess mileage clause on a PCP if it is terminated under the half HP price rule (Hire purchase act 1974)?

yeah i think so. I haven't got paperwork with me at work for mine with Vauxhall/GMAC but i am pretty sure the early termination section in the terms and cons mentions mileage being pro rata as well
