Hi all,
I had an old packet of huckleberry seeds. Only one plant took, which was a nice surprise and I now have a two foot high plant covered in berries which have gone a lovely black colour. I have no idea when to harvest them or what to use them for! I guess there must be about a large cupful on the plant.
Anyone grown them before or have a recipe they can recommend?
Thanks

I've never tried them, but there is a suggestion on this thread that they taste ok if stewed, could you add them to other fruit pies or crumbles?
